They do not sell coca cola yet have the nerve to charge the price of a "glass of coke" just because we asked for a glass for an 86yo lady who had bought a bottle of water off them (as well as food). Absolutely disgraceful! Btw they were their EXACT words!

This Marina Seafood outlet in SM Seaside City Cebu was a total rip-off. One small piece of Kalderetang Kambing served in a small plastic saucer costs 250. The Monggos tasted so bland that even Monggos bought from carenderias tasted better. Bangaw (big fly) hopped on their food displays. Will never eat here again!

Horrible! No reciept, plates are horrible, seaweed salad without anyting on it, crab meat has shell that almost break my teeth, pricey squid(the crew just put the squid inside the microwave directly without plate on it).

When you're hungry and you need to get food fast, this is the best place to go. Food was delicious and we were able to get our food in less than 5 minutes but the cashier does not know how to treat people well. She did not give us an official receipt. My husband asked her if he needs to sign something because he was using a senior citizen card. She replied by shaking her head and a frowned face. When asked for a tissue, she used her mouth to point where it can be taken. She has to be trained to speak softly and teach her that her mouth can be used to speak.

Bad customer service. After ordering, the cashier told me she didnt have change for my bill and did not bother to find a way or help me (I was the only customer there) . Instead, i had to go to 8 other stalls to break my bill just so I can pay for my food. Staff needs training in handling customers.
