We recently had lunch at Marugame Udon in Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and it was an absolutely satisfying experience. We tried a variety of dishes like Tonkatsu, ebiten, gyudon, yakiniku, and teriyaki, and each one was a hit in terms of flavor and quality. We arrived around 1 PM, and although it was a busy time, the restaurant was spacious enough to accommodate a large number of diners. Despite the crowd, the efficient layout and seamless food purchasing system impressed us. The Curry Udon sauce is a bit less so it’s a bit hard to mix with rice/udon. The ambiance is okay, but the air conditioner is low.
