Food tasted great! Though it was self-service, the order flow was very quick. There was a wide variety of choices and you could really see them making things fresh. Really wish that their drinks were cold, but they did have ice and glasses on the side. For the price, the serving size was good as well. I will say, the tonkatsu was a bit on the salty side, but maybe it was just the time that we went (dinner on a Friday). It also wasn't as crowded as you'd expect! I'll definitely be back and try their other branches!

We just took our dinner last night here. I have no issue with the foods. It's so amazing. However, the table and seats we occupied were still wet and got liquid on it. But if you want to visit this place, I definitely recommend their curry rice katsu. A must try.

We visited Marugame Udon recently and it was our first time trying their food. We were already there at exactly 10am but there was no one to attend to us just because the whole staff started their meeting at that time. So we left and went somewhere to buy other stuff. When got back, 10mins after I think, there was only one girl at the cashier area, others are in the kitchen already. Although the girl was kind and courteous enough to guide us as to how to order and what's best to order. Personally one of the best budget-friendly Japanese restos in Manila 🙂‍↕️ The Katsudon was made well and just needed a bit more flavor and more fresh cooking The gyudon is always a good option for me in Marugame simply because its cheap, filling, and tasty Katsudon: 7/10 Gyudon: 7.5/10

Food is ok it’s more like filipino / japanese taste. Ambiance is modern , service is a bit slow because they take order of one person then you have to wait for the take out to be released before pay which is a bit strange, for the dine in you choose which one you like then you go to the cashier and pay instantly then they give you a number and you sit and wait for the food. You need to fix that service it makes really slow when you take out food it eats a lot of time vs dinning. Please fix it!
