Came here to try the famed Bacolod chicken cos was recommended by local friends and it did not disappoint! The Flavourful grilled chicken was finger licking good as we follow the local tradition of eating with the hands, and it was well complemented with the tasty vegetable dish (chap suey). If trying the restaurant, do order the garlic rice and mix up the accompanying trio sauce : acuete, soya sauce and vinegar! Squeeze in the calamansi juice to bring out the full flavors ! Ordered via FP. Waited more than an hour for them to “prepare” our garlic shrimp order. We got so hungry while waiting we just ate what we had at home. As of the moment they still tagged our order as “preparing”, one hour and 30 mins since we ordered. We would like to cancel it but there are no options.

Reserved our table on Dec 7, 2024 and paid my reservation fee. Ordered in advance so that when we arrive the food will be served and we don't need to wait. We arrived at 6pm and waited for other family members to arrive. While waiting we oedered additional chicken inasal. The inasal arrived as well as the rice. The other orders I ordered in advance was nowhere in sight. I got up and approached the counter only to realize that the order was lost and has not been cooked yet.
