just this afternoon exactly (nov 17 11am) order #60 we ordered 3 tempura bento 2 tonkatsu bento and honey chicken, the cashier itself lacks of customer service training and didnt bother to check if our orders complete they forgot the most important one is the sauce of tempura. need more training for customer service

The tokyo tokyo branch here is nice, clean, and new, but my god, the quality of the food at tokyo tokyo hasn't really improved. The cashier guy even told me when I ordered the upsized version of katsudon that the meat is bigger and can't be added with rice, there's more rice than meat, the taste of their California maki is also a scam. It seems like the most okay thing to order is their red iced tea, but it's very expensive!
