Masukal Bistro is a small restaurant, hence called a bistro, located in Matimtiman St., which is a walking distance from Maginhawa St. (Reference point: Caution Hot Noodle House or Uncle Johns). It has different sections, whether you choose Hermano Loco for Birria meal, Ricotta Grill fir burger, Gedli for Milktea lemonade, or a vegan pasta. There is a dining area in the main entrance, and the other section is a kitchen and cashiering area.

I come here to drink coffee and tea at night. I love that they have space outside, literal na tambay kung tambay. CR is mid, I don’t like being inside though as the noise can be too much for me sometimes. But, I came here to enjoy their coffee and outside space. ++ prices are really basedt.

Masukal Bistro is a shapeshifter. In the afternoons, it is a quiet place to cool down and get a tasty drink from Gedli. There is a wide range of food for an affordable price you can grab for dinner. And afterwards, the place buzzes with energy for cocktails, drinks, as well as a midnight snack to close a great night. There are different sections/counters here depending on what you'd like to order, whether it's coffee, grilled food or alcohol. I mostly stayed in the cocktail bar area and sampled a few drinks. Their cocktails are lambanog-based, which was a novelty to me. They're quite good and very affordable, so I was comfortable ordering a few glasses. You can pay in cash, GCash or open a tab at the bar. Would be happy to visit again and focus on a different section of the bistro.

what a high for a low place without altitude ... i highly recommend it ... right pog?! ... i spent all my money on God knows what ... enjoyed every minute of it ... now google stop asking questions a party goer won't remember if one left a party feeling really high and ending up in a wrong home ... but it was serendipitous! ... that's another story reserved for a bonfire by the beach ... guys, you should really try masukal bistro, right pog!? ... hindi ka masusuka, mahahigh ka!
