This nearly 100 year old restaurant is where Masuki started. It's an old restaurant that has delicious noodles and broth that comes out quickly. They also have very good pork buns and Shu Mai as well.

Currently, they have the best asado siopao I ever had. Good bread to pork ratio. The pork is well marinated, made up of thin slices of pulled lean pork, not the type of siopao with big chunks of fat. You can eat it without the sauce and it still tastes great. I also ordered the original mami with pieces of chicken and pork asado. It has a sort of unpleasant smell, but not that overpowering. Don't let that fool you though. The proper way to eat this Mami is to pour a generous amount of their sweet sauce as well as heaps of spring onions. Mami was excellent! Very light but rich broth and the noodles had a nice bite to them. Siopao was huge and with the sauce it was perfect! The Siomai are really big too, 1 is almost enough by itself but i was glad i ordered 2. Will definitely return again!

We ordered their specialties, asado & bola-bola siopao, siomai, and original mami noodles. I honestly didn’t like the noodles because I was really expecting to get a meatier broth like soup. Although condiments helped it taste better. Neither the siomai. Sorry pero it’s texture is no longer meaty sa dami ng extender. But I love their siopao, I ordered bola-bola while my companion got asado. Masarap po yung both variants. Overall, it was still a wonderful experience especially that the owner was very welcoming.

I used to crave for Masuki as a child, but it kinda tastes different now. Their soup is also less pungent (iykyk) than Ma Mon Luk. Though i prefer their toppings (chicken & asado) more than Ma Mon Luk — it has flavor on its own! Their siomai used to be my favorite, but now, it doesn’t even feel like im chewing on pork anymore 😅 Liked their asado siopao though!
