Brought my family there with my dad, mom and youngest sibling. My dad wanted to partake of the old Mami and asado siopao of the old. So I brought him to masuki. Masuki's original special Mami was still the best Mami around. So much so for their special asado siopao, it's was big, meaty and delicious. It's was really the best Mami and siopao treat.

Masuki is an experience that if you don't understand food, you will never love the place. The smell of the place is of wet gym socks. But that is what you get after simmering pork and chicken bones for hours (or even years, as legend says). Experiencing the broth is akin to eating durian; the abject horror it brings to the nose of the uninitiated is rewarded by the warmth and succulence it brings to the stomach. Be careful when you order their noodles as the bowl is authentically full; the P10 difference between small and large portions is deceiving. Rarely have I eaten a bowl of noodles…

I ordered Original Mami Special (195 Php) and Asado Siaopao Regular (90 Php). The Mami was good, however it is not necessarily to my taste, but my partner liked it. On the other hand, the SiaoPao was very very delicious. Definitely a must-try! Staff was nice, however the place can be improved, it was a bit gloomy for me. 😊

Their Mami smells funky, but it's good. The siopao and siomai were big and tasty but It's not the best in town. Overall it's still a good place to visit to reminisce about the good old days.

A place of comfort since I grew up with their food. Always had noodles with either wonton, chicken, beef, asado toppings or combined. Their siopao is good too-- always had either mongo or asado. The asado siopao is the traditional brown sauced meat which I love.
