I brought my family here for dinner because I craved their Sizzling Tofu while my mom was looking for Sago't Gulaman. Our order was served fast but I was disappointed when I finally tasted their tofu because it did not taste good (And I ordered two! *sad boi*). But all is good because the rest of the family ate well and service from their staff was great.

I didn't plan on leaving a review since this was already a known restaurant, but this branch was just bad. The place wasn't as busy, yet we ended up waiting an hour for 2 of the 3 food we ordered. The half spring chicken, which is already the smallest chicken you can order, arrived 15-20 mins later when we were nearly done eating. "Crispy" pata was not as crispy and when we asked to have it chopped, it took them even longer to bring back to us. And to add cherry on top, they even served it with bread knife. I ordered food for my parents via grab. Delivery was on time. Soon as my dad opened the package, he noticed that it was missing the crispy pata but instead we got 2 fried chickens and my card was still charged for the missing crispy pata. So I asked my dad to call the restaurant and they said that it was the delivery driver's fault. How was it his fault? He didn't even packaged the food. After 1.5 hours, my dad called back again and he was told that they had charged the delivery driver about the issue and that the food was on its way.
