Gave us food positioning, obviously the kitchen is unsanitary or tap water is being used. The service was fine though. AC wasn’t working so at least one major issue to fix. I’d recommend if you aren’t used to dirty food then avoid unless you want E. coli or salmonella.

Boring chicken, no taste. All you can eat dish that you have to wait 20 min for each time. Go somewhere else than here. Also slooow staff and got side dish 20 min after finishing main dish.

Bulalo was a dismal failure! The beef was hard when it was served and the soup was not that hot. Had to call the staff attention and he brought it back to the kitchen. I thought they are going to re-cook using a pressure cooker. When it was returned with added soup, the beef wasn’t still tender! The staff commented that it is such because of the litid. I should have gone to Kuya J’s except their roast chicken is not available. So I said I’d just have spring chicken. Is Max’s unaware that pressure cooker has been invented a long time ago! Not sure if it's because we went in a big group but the staff are not friendly. Specially the guy. He is not polite AT ALL! 😒 When taking orders, he answered my mom in a not-so-service-oriented manner. I remember him asking if we want warm or cold water, and since my mom didn't really understand the question and kept on insisting service water is okay, he annoyingly repeated his question and I felt offended for my mom. If you work in the service industry, please be considerate of the elderly. You have parents too!
