saw their promo package for 4 - whole regular chicken, bulalo, shanghai, rice and drinks. can choose gulaman, iced tea or softdrinks.. chicken still are good. shanghai is crispy and tasty, bulalo is a let down. salty and meet is tough.

heellooo max's resto. We checked in sa max sm masinag, it was a bad experience. We decided to dine in there for dinner but got ignored by the crew. My tito has been raising his hand for a few time but the crew jst pass by even tho he already noticed us. It is understandable by the amount of customers na nag di-dine in but ung ibang table pa ung na assist even tho nauna kami.(we've been waiting for 20mins alrdy) I hope the customer service can be solved ( katapat pa tlg namin ung counter)

Your waiter so slow. There only a few guest but they are not cooperative i try calling their attention but they are not listening..try to train more of them…

Food is not the same as before. Seems like the staff are ignoring customers purposely. The staff were not attentive we had to call them a lot of times just to get their attention. Tables were not set we had to ask for placemats utensils and plates when the food arrived.
