So be prepared to wait in line if you really want to taste their great food. The staff is friendly and accomodating. This is not fastfood so you will have to wait for your orders.

The food and place is overall terrific! What stood out to me was the friendly and polite Staffs. They are very accomodating, and eager to please. The whole experience there was great!

Max's Chicken provides the usual service. The staff were warm and friendly. The food service was good. It did not take long. Food was good as usual. I still love their sizzling tofu and barbecue chicken with Java rice.

The food is just average and nothing noteworthy. The staff were polite though. What stood out to me was i tasted the WORST mushroom soup in this restaurant. EVER! It tasted so bad and had a plastic after taste. My daughter loves mushroom soup and she felt the restaurant is so far off the mark. She was sooo dismayed. We liked their dessert sampler though. Their chicken was really dry though but tasted ok and seasoned well.
