Max's comes out of a variety of menus regularly. It is a typical fine dining but service suffered due to peak hours.
Waiters are attentive as well as this branch isn't always crowded so it's a good choice if you want to have a quiet time eating. Since there's not much customers, waiting time for food isn't that long and the branch is near good places so you can also do other stuff before or after eating (e.i.: Mercury drug, cherry, circle c)ml. Only problem here is probably the air conditioning, either they purposely didn't use the aircons because there's not much customers, but in times like today when it's hot and there's quite a few customers, the place isnt as cozy.
The guard at Max's Congressional doubles as a table cleaner and it's really unusual. But to expedite clients getting seated, he's really helpful! Max's still the best, but their take home service is not recommendable. There are missing parts on the order, and still missing parts on the take out. This seem to be a common practice, for a piece or two of cut chicken to be missing. Will remember to get WHOLE chicken next time. Max's should also refrain from using disposable plastic for the take out. Reusable wares is recommended instead. The take out packages looks pretty much the same as having …
Dined here for meryenda. So sad that Max already turned into one Glorified karinderya! You're paying 50% for the brand and everything else is squeezed in the remaining 50. So dont expect to get your cravings satisfied and tummy full. For example, a Php225 ARROZ CALDO so you'll expect a good amount of lugaw and overload of toppings. Instead you'll get a half filled bowl of lugaw, lousy strips of chicken 1 chicken ball, 4 itsy spring roll and 2 thinly sliced egg🤣. No restaurant should be proud of it! Whoever re- conceptualized Max's Fried chicken should really get fired. Your menus dont even …
During GCQ: I ordered the Grabfood delivery promo which includes 1 regular sized chicken, pancit canton and sizzling tofu. To my surprise the chicken is so small it's only half the size of the packaging. What happened? Serving size is not even worth the price of P999. So disappointed! I will never order another chicken from them again 👎👎👎
