Food here was great! everything was on point. we only waited for 10 mins for everything. we ordered the classic spring chicken and Sinigang. compared to my past experiences, the whole chicken here at Max's los banos was cooked perfectly. not over and dry. overall will come back again

Max's restaurant is a very old restaurant chain. They specialize in fried chicken - the kind where the chicken isn't coated with flour or starch. They offer a small chicken called a spring chicken which is just the right size for 1 person with a healthy appetite. They offer other Filipino dishes and they have a bakery too so you can purchase pastries here. There's parking up front and a clean toilet.

Above average fast food. Unfortunately we showed up during Holy Week when many of the menu items were not available. The staff was friendly and they tried to find replacement items. The alternative was to go to the overpriced resorts in the area.

Fried chicken was the only saving grace. Small serving, low on flavor, pricey pancit. It was raining when we ate there, I saw a millipede by the foot of my chair as we were going out.
