Bulalo was a dismal failure! The beef was hard when it was served and the soup was not that hot. Had to call the staff attention and he brought it back to the kitchen. I thought they are going to re-cook using a pressure cooker. When it was returned with added soup, the beef wasn’t still tender! The staff commented that it is such because of the litid. I should have gone to Kuya J’s except their roast chicken is not available. So I said I’d just have spring chicken. Is Max’s unaware that pressure cooker has been invented a long time ago! Boring chicken, no taste. All you can eat dish that you have to wait 20 min for each time. Go somewhere else than here. Also slooow staff and got side dish 20 min after finishing main dish.
