Rating this compared to other stores of the same franchise. It took them 18 minutes to serve a sandwich. Not complaining, but other stores of the same franchise do it faster. The fries were bit soggy and barely warm too. Been here many, many times. Ì had a way better experience in previous visits. Not sure what happened. They consistently forget utensils in set meals, too. This goes for takeaway, drive thru or dine in.

Loyal customers kami dito sa McDo intersection but I need to bring up a recurring issue. Whether mag-order kami through the drive-thru or sa Grab, my order always seems to have a missing item—minsan it's a cup of Coke, an Oreo McFlurry, a burger, or fries. This has been happening CONSISTENTLY every single time. I also feel bad for the Grab drivers, Sila ang kawawa kasi they end up sila ang nagbanayad ng loss/missing item when this issue is raised. The riders usually deduct the cost from our bill pero they aren't reimbursed by the McDo store/branch. I hope you can address this issue promptly…

The food quality is standard and at par with other mcdonalds branch but the staff here is the one of the worst in Angeles City. Drive thru is worst, the order always lacks something or the order is different when got home or got far enough to find something is wrong with your order. as of 10/31/2024 just got home and again it never fails. This Mcdonalds is the WORST place for drive thru! I don't know who is incompetent, the staff? or the managers?
