I’d like to raise a concern about my recent experience with your service. I had to wait for over a minute just to be served water while staff members passed by and ignored me. Specifically, Carla's attitude was particularly frustrating as it felt like I was being deliberately overlooked. This level of service is disappointing, and I hope this can be addressed to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future.
Mahina yung aircon and the crew seems like not to follow what you chose in your option when it comes in serving the food.
I want to have a take out order to have my meal ready to bring out if I ever didn't finish my meal. They said that I cannot eat inside when I ordered something for take out, what's even weird is that they are saying that the McDonald's mcfloat doesn't come with a straw, like I'll understand if it's just their branch but srsly? Are they lying for the conscience of their branch making people and customer seems stupid?
NO AIR-CONDITIONING, SLOW CREWS, EVEN THOUGH THE PLACE IS NEWLY RENOVATED. GRABE I WAS JUST ORDERING BURGER PERO NAPAKA TAGAL!
Kindly clean your restroom; it’s very dirty and unpleasant.
