Newly fitted store of 2023. First time to dine here again. Nice seats, friendly and welcoming staff. They have new ordering system in place with payment options too. Though food is just the same.

Another McDonald branch where you can eat their world renowned fries. I only eat here for the toys. I find their large screen annoying where you place your order even though your paying it with cash and I also find it annoying that their gravy refill pitcher always disappears on their counter top. Last time we ate here, why did their chicken crust taste like muriatic acid?

To the crew who took our order around 8pm today, please learn the art of MUTING when talking to drive thru customers. I won't be detailed as to what happened, but be thankful nga mayo tanan modo sang nakabati when you said your comments after taking our order.

I ordered at Grab App and then the store was just near my hotel but it takes more than half an hour before na delivered ang food is it because it's not really urgent and I click the saver option of the delivery? As per the Grab Driver they would not prepare the order if he didn't get angry and told them that he was waiting for too long as well. They are bragging the name and reputation of the McDonald's Philippines.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I was waiting in line to order a coffee and the crew just casually asked me "Ma ano ka sir"? and I was like, "huh?" and so I ordered my morning coffee. She didn't gave any receipt of my order. What a rude/bastos na crew. If only I can do a survey based on their service.
