I recently visited McDonald's for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the option to use the self-order kiosks. Overall, I would give this McDonald's a 4-star rating. Super slow and inefficient service.... Came here lunch time and only one cashier out of 3 is operating. The queue monitor is not updating properly.... Don't go to counter EVEN IF your number is called as NOW SERVING.... BECAUSE IT'S Not... Happened to me twice . Is there a game attached to the efficiency?? To cheat the system to make it seem service is quick??

- Extremely slow waiting time to get your orders, almost ALL THE TIME. - Incompetent staffs. - Slow serving time. - Crew unable to handle pressure. - Even if it's just iced coffee you order, it will take 15-30 mins. - All iced coffee and coffee float sugar syrup has also been reduced and DOES NOT taste good anymore. - Order is MOST OF THE TIME, incomplete. It would be highly suggested that these will be looked into and improve better.
