McDonald's Boracay Main Road

I thought it would take us a lifetime to get our order due to the numerous customers but I was totally wrong

Even if it’s crowded your order will be fast and hot

This is my first time I dined in a fast food chain I felt disappointed not by the service but how the Cashier named Maricar answered my questions in a bad tone. I asked her softly but she didn’t show any care nor positive attitude. I also work in a hospitality and food industry and I don’t cater or handle my guest or customer like the way she did. I suggest to have Maricar a training on promoting positivity specially she’s in the frontline. This is not my first time eating here with my friends and it’s my first time meeting her. Btw it’s just happened today June 27, 2024 at 12:50 am.

A typical fast food chain but the washroom needs to be clean regularly and always make sure it has a TOILET ROLL (good thing I brought wipes that time). I ordered two pancakes happy meal, a 6pcs chckn, 4 cups of rice, sausage mcmuffin and a large fries. when I checked the bag at the hotel, I received three orders of pancakes and was charged of three meals. Stop adding extras to the tourist and kindly clear all orders before punching it. Im giving a two stars instead of one cause the guard looked after my belongings while Im using the washroom.

The machines for self order often won't let you pay at them. So I had to wait in an insanely long line up to pay before they even started to prep my order. From ordering to food was like 30 min. Why do they have 3 cash registers if they only use one? I thought McDonalds trained managers to provide proper customer service? The manager stood in the kitchen checking his phone while about 20 people stood in the ONE line they had open for people to pay. Do better. Maybe train the managers to provide reasonable wait times to customers.
