Happy for the 24-hour open McDo. McDo should be McDo wherever you go. Same standard for all branches. Same quality of food. But this one failed my experience. I ordered coffee and hot fudge sundae. First of all, they said that the large coffee refillable is only for mornings only, but I paid P54 for the coffee. Coffee taste was watered down. It feels like I was drinking water with some hint of coffee. Sundae was also a big fail. It lacked the texture and taste of the Katipunan McDo sundae. I've been a customer at this location for a long time since we live in the area. Customer service is okay. The problem is with my experience on the take out order. Please make sure to check your bag before you leave the counter. My first experience was they forgot the chicken nuggets. Luckily, I was able to notice and they gave me the item, without any apologies. Second time I order to go, the mcchicken sandwich was missing. Unfortunately, I was already home when I found out. No toilet available nor a sink to wash the hands. I wouldn't expect much from a fast food chain but at least a toilet. We are talking of a primary need, a place where to pee!!!! A business without a toilet should be shut down after 5 minutes.
