One comment I would like to make. If you order just a sandwich and a side it really confuses them. Example, I ordered 2 sausage, egg mcmuffins and 2 hash browns, that's it. It really confuses everyone because you don't want a drink. I would have to say over and over, like 3 or 4 times. That I don't want a drink, only 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns. Suggestion, listen to what the customer is saying.

Ordered through the Mcdo website, 48 minutes later, there was still no update on the order. I called their hotline, and the staff said they had just received the order (most probably, they had JUST checked the ordering system through their website). They asked if we were willing to wait, and we said yes because it had been an hour and our order had been paid for already. Another 30 minutes passed, with no calls or texts from the store. I called them again and was told that they had been trying to call me but to no avail. A text message to inform me that no foodpanda or Grab rider would accept…
