They got my order wrong.... I ordered a double Quarter pounder and they instead gave me a quarter pounder.... The ac is not adequate.... Place is crowded..... Seats are not comfortable....

Ordered via drive thru earlier today, July 6, 2024. Really got disappointed with the size of my (leg part) chicken. I thought they had biggER chicken, but heck, mine was like a chicken harvested so early. Such a small chicken compared to the chicken (leg part) I had eating in the Mcdo Pamplona (Philam) Branch. I hope they make this right and do the right thing to adhere to what they had advertised. Also disappointed with the large iced coffee with vanilla. The flavor was lacking and it was bland. I ordered via McDelivery app at 11 pm but til 2 am, I did not receive my food. I had to go to the store to sort things out. Unfortunately, their staff did not punch my order but changed my status to delivered. Upsetting that I was able to eat the food I supposedly ordered by 3 am already. How inconvenient and inefficient their staff is. Go to some other Mcdo branch if you don't want to get inconvenient.
