Great store! Update after almost 7 years! The store was already renovated and the food is still good. The problem was the service and the aircon. We went upstairs because there were not enough tables downstairs. The aircon was off upstairs, we tried to ask the crew but she was not attentive and just continued what she was doing. Secondly, we waited for the food for almost 30mins even though we chose to have it served on our tables. We went downstairs to pick it up and maybe the food was already there for almost 30mins as well. No notice or updates at all. We also saw a fly around FYI. What…

Ordering in the kiosk system that makes the line faster in the cashier but their system inside is a bit chaotic my no. was in Preparation stage until it was remove I thought that it was already done. I checked others who were at the back of the line in cashier and is almost done eating. I do not understand why there is a line and why the people behind gets their order first. This is a fastfood restaurant but I did not experience the fast preparation only big disappointment. Your process needs to be audited.
