I really hate this branch. Delivery is always late and way beyond the estimated time they say. Why bother putting estimated time if you cannot fulfill it. This is not the first time it happened. I had an experience where I had to go there for my delivery. They said they were experiencing bad internet. Then someone should have called me. I waited an hour before I finally went there. And not even an apology was made. The manager and staff to my Mom when she questioned them. Imagine, I spent an additional 100 pesos for the trip and the delivery fee was not even returned.

I went to a bday celebration that happened here in this location. The food was served cold, the pasta was overcooked, most the chicken part given looks like a dehydrated chicken legs. Yes most of it were leg part. I asked assistance from the manager and maybe she can give me a different chicken part but she refused. I understand that this can happen but the way she said it feels like they are the boss and I have no choice but to just take it. The only thing good there was the event host. He or she was very organize.

I order 99 sulit saver, the lady cashier, not even saying, we dont have a 1 peso change, she just said to, just move on the left side, and even the crew just grab may food quickly, not just saying are you done? Amazing

Its NEVER organized!! Customers have to wait for just 2 pc of chicken for 1 hr!! NOT JOKING!! 1 hr!! It’s always chaotic!!! I hope this brings to the attention of the managers!!! I hope your not saving money to hire people.. While your shop is in chaos!!
