A nice, small store put to waste by slow service. My orders came out longer than usual. The queue was disorganized as customers waiting to claim their food lingered close to people lining up to place their orders. They have sufficient staff but they were slow to clean tables. Not too pleased with my dining experience.

The staff here are incompetent, Slow service!!!!!!!!!! I got my (Cold) Fries & spag & drink after 15mins, and my bigmac after 30mins! Ive already finished my meal and the bigmac was stull not delivered to me after 3 follow ups! That is Until i went to the counter and asked for a refund for my big mac, thats the only time they made it! The mannager Kenneth wasent a big helf as well, hes clueless!

Ordered dine in through the kiosk but payment couldnt go through because the pin pad was faulty. 4/4 kiosks had some fault. Paid through the counter instead and then waited for about 15 minutes and realized no one was preparing for what I ordered because they didnt even cascade the order for the rest of the staff to actually prepare. Most of the food was going to take outs and drive thru orders. Followed up on the order and they still took time to complete it. Hashbrown was overcooked, gravy and chicken weren't new, tasted like they were sitting on the stand for hours. Customers had to stand …

They are doing some repainting inside of the store on the 1st floor while open and they don't like us to eat dine-in even though there is a lot of chairs and tables and they don't want us to use the 2nd floor. Take Note! No one inform us right away "only take out order" as we already waste time in Machine to ordered.
