It was not my first time here at this branch. It is the worst service ever for both drive-thru and dine in. Service crews are under standards trained. Don't even know their products and how to handle the orders, even if it is uniformity by McDonald's. Always do drive thru for coffee float and egg pandesal for breakfast, some time dine in for ice cream as snacks. I feel that them all just work to get paid, not happy with what they are doing every day there. The ordering process is fast through the freestanding kiosk and payment system is hassle free by paying at the kiosk itself. Just wait for your number for your food. When my Big Mac arrived, it was exactly as if I were in the states. The buns were fresh and the burger patties were very tasteful except for the fries. The French fries were soggy. A customer spilled her coke float accidentally all over herself one of the crew attended her, he mop the floor and clean the table then this lady crew near just looking at her. I heard she requested for some tissue to wipe herself then that crew just walked past her and never came back I checked on her and she's there casually talking at one of the cahier as if she never heard the request for tissue.crew were unprofessional and rude
