i ordered through foodpanda, and the mcflurry has a lid dipped in the ice cream. i don’t understand why they need to dip the lip in the ice cream. they already taped the cup, it is very unhygienic and the lid is literally at the bottom of the cup! i had to pull it out.

Good stopover fastfood, friendly staff and security, place. Place needs some renovation, men's toilet is smelly and dirty. Place looks old. Can accommodate party. Very limited parking space availability and very expensive cost 100php for car.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's Giselle Plaza (Pasay Taft Rotonda) branch today, December 28, 2024, around 11:00 AM. We entered the branch with our shih tzu dog, unaware that pets are not allowed. There were no signs indicating this policy, and the security guard was not even at his post to inform us. We were able to queue, order, and pay at the cashier without anyone mentioning the no-pets rule, even though staff members clearly saw us with our dog. Have been in front of the cashier for over 5 minutes waiting for her to ask me of my order. Didn’t even bother to apologize and tell me to wait because she’s doing something, but instead she just let me watch her while I’m also watching other people in my line being assisted by the other cashier/counter. Poor service. I also work at customer service but please don’t treat your customer like that. Learn to tell them to wait if needed not just ignoring them.
