Poor customer service. Me and my wife ordered food amounting 500 pesos earlier today tru grab food. We didn't recieve one of our order which is Burger Mcdo. The rider do his part to make contact with you, but the crew keeps insisting that they prepared the food completely. We are suggesting to check their CCTV footage to clarify the issue but still we are not recieving any update from them until now. Even if it is small amount they must reach the expectation of their customers. I am expecting to the managers on duty that they will provide us answer but they did not. Another thing, I believe …

Ordered our food through grab amount to almost 800 pesos and it was incomplete! I’ve read other reviews and they had the same issue referencing from 4 months ago. It means that they are not doing anything to improve their service.
