Service was bad, they were undermanned. Cheeseburgers have shrunk. We already consumed our burgers when the fries were served. We have to follow it up at the counter. The Grab riders were also complaining about the terrible service.

Happy with their Drive-Thru service today. I ordered hot coffee, they asked if they should mix the creamer and sugar. I thought it was nice of them to offer assistance while the other branches don’t. I asked if they could use my sugar alternative at the first window, and they gladly asked for it at the pick-up window. I didn’t have to ask again. Great service!

The place is huge but the door is too small, it is intended for one way passage😅 Service must input in the kiosk and proceed to the cashier for payment. There are lots of tables and chairs, huge parking space for motorcycles and cars, they also have drive tru circle, a cr and a party/event place. Overall a good experience.

I'm sorry to review this but I have a disappointing experience at the McDonald's branch in Kamias, Quezon City. It sounds like there were several issues during the birthday celebration of my friend's child. The Birdie mascot's inappropriate dancing ("Jumbo Hotdog") and the lack of servers (only one) certainly contributed to a less-than-ideal experience. On the bright side, it seems the chicken meal was satisfactory, but the overcooked Mcspaghetti and insufficient chocolate for the sundae were disappointing. See pictures.

Food serving is bad quality (see photos for reference), Rude service crew, and the order kiosk is always not accurate. 😏😡 One of the worst McDonald's branch here in QC.
