DISAPPOINTING! I was just asking the cashier politely if mix and match is available since it wasn’t posted on their menu and I don’t know if wala lang sa mood si Heidelyn (the cashier). She mentioned the menu ng mabilis and I don’t even work there so I wasn’t able to memorize what she said in a snap. I told her nicely na I want fries. I was even saying “po” to her. Issue: Missing Order Order No. 8vXvJr It is very hard to get anyone's attention over the phone, email or on social media. The order is fully paid but what we received was incomplete and no one ever assisted us. Poor Service from this Branch and overall. Please shutdown you Mcdonald's delivery website. Grab delivery can take it from here moving forward :).

Bad service. They said that they will just serve my order ice coffee so i proceeded to eat my other order. I already finish the meal but the pending order is yet to serve. Needed to follow just to serve the drinks 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

One of the cashiers/crew was grumpy and unprofessional. Fries are saggy, you can't ask for more than 2 creamers and sugar for 2 large brewed coffees, and the tables are not clean.
