The service is very slow, we take almost 45min just to wait for our four (4) order of two (2) pcs chicken with coffee and it is very surprising that we already finish our meal but our coffee drinks is super late to the point the we have to follow up our drinks 2 time before it finally deliver in out table.

The service is not good Food provided was insufficient, dirty and missing spoons and forks. The little food given. In the senior they were not accepted

Slow service. Food order came in three separate times over 20 minutes between the first food and the final parts of the order. Absolutely ridiculous for fast food. Kiosk ordering is missing so many items from the actual menu it's useless. Go elsewhere as this place is a waste of time.

I upgraded my burger meal order to Large Fries and Drinks but did not get the upgraded fries correctly. I had to complain it despite my tired soul today. I wished that it didnt happen at all. The crew was able to go back and gave the upgraded one though. My mood & savings died down despite him making it right. I wished that it didnt happen at all.

No issue with dine in. However, some crew members fail to deliver the right orders when you order for take out. There's always something that is missing like barbecue sauce for nuggets or other food items.
