The latest McDonald's restaurant in terms of interiors and service in Lipa City. They have kiosks for advance orders of your food. Plenty of tables. The ambiance is great. Good for large groups of barkadas and families. They also have function rooms perfect for your parties and celebrations. The crew and staff are welcoming and smiling. You can also use the Mcdo App to skip the line in kiosks by scanning your QR code for your orders. But you may find the parking a bit difficult to park.

This branch has the latest McDonald's interiors. The bench seats are newly upholstered. The stools and chairs are kept clean as well as the tables. They also have an alfresco area beside the entrance. This branch is also accessible from 2 highways.

Very cozy, not much crowded.

Newly trendy renovated store but I hope they can also improve on their food serving TAT. Takes quite a while to dispatch the food. Also overheard other customers complaining on the serving time.

Worst McDo customer service. I'm just confused why you're still providing table numbers when no one is actually serving it to your customers. The first time that it happened, I just let it slide, but today it happened again. I noticed that it's been around 15 minutes but we still don't have our food, so I went to the counter to check, and yes, I'm not wrong, the food is already there; it's just waiting for someone to pick it up. By the time that I got it, the ice cream in the McFloat had already melted, the rice meal and fries were already as cold as ice, and the funny thing is that you can s…
