The place is often very busy so I can clearly tell that the employees cannot keep up the cleanliness around. The bathroom doesn't have any hand soaps, and the floor is always quite muddy, not to mention; it stinks! When we went there the place is still under renovation so the place is very cramped and many people are seen to just loiter around the tiny resto. Worst of all, my friend and I ordered two mcnuggets (Happy meal) and they completely forgot to include the Nugget dips, the nuggets were also very stale and not cooked well, same goes for the fries that we ordered with. Ordered for delivery thru their Mcdo App and this was the branch that fulfilled my order. HORRIBLE customer service, I placed my order at 3:15pm and they only confirmed my order at 4:11pm after I complained to Mcdo App customer service. When my order arrived at my house, they got my orders wrong and was not contacted by the store after complaining (again). So not only were they late but they also messed up my order and not rectify that mistake. Will not be ordering from this store ever again and I suggest you order from a different mcdonalds branch
The management sucks, they make their customer wait for several minutes. I was told to wait for 15 minutes and I got my food in 30 minutes. There was literally only 4 customer inside. Then I I have to wait a few more minutes cause they don’t have gravy on their dispenser. This is not my first time getting a bad service here. But I’ll keep posting reviews each time I eat on this branch.
The crew today, Nov 11 2024, are never good in all aspects. Hope McDo at least reprimand them. Never corteous, small serving, it takes a lot of time for orders to come out. No apologies was given
i was craving ice cream, then they serving like this? melted and the fudge wasn’t even like full pump i guess!! they are just gossiping even tho there’s customer on their front!! also the bathroom even it close its already foul-smelling!🙂
