The waiting time at this McDo branch is longer than usual considering the size of this joint. Staff are so busy walking around with no coordination. I got my order after waiting for 30 min.

Went here around 8-9pm, not too crowded and ambiance is good. Crews should be more attentive in cleaning the tables after customers left so new comers don't have to call someone to clean the table.

The place is clean, the food is good, and the staff are friendly. Fear not as this place has basement parking and some slots in front of the building. Went here to friends who have a children's party, which was fun. Though some of the young staff also watch the magic show that we need to call for their attention in helping us clean some tables. After we tried the touch screen ordering system and it was great, it needed a little upgrade like entering privilege card details so it will be discounted right away. What really makes a McDonald different is the staff and the facilities. This mcdo is very peculiar. I’ve caught it several times having both toilets broken in the 1st and second floor. This makes going to the bathroom an anxiety term as you never know what treasure you will find. The parking area smells like a lavatory or a poso negro. The second floor has a nice veranda area which is locked and the story that some people say is someone jumped out 😳. Malangaw din. I don’t understand why they cannot do anything with common pest. Worst branch! I've waited 28mins. just for a one meal and everytime I dine here the chicken is always lapsed , one of the service crew is rude i almost finish my meal before they serve me the fries and what makes me mad is she almost throw the fries like "Padabog" and theres NO KETCHUP
