No happy meals available. No seasonal items from the mcdo app available. Only 1 person at the counter taking orders and she looks very confused about how to use the PoS machine. 2 other people had to help her. Order process had a lot of bottlenecks which led to a very LONG wait time.

Incomplete order and bad service. When I informed the staff, the manager on duty told me they will just serve it on my table after 2 mins. 5 mins went by and still no hash brown and drink. I went to the counter to check and my hash brown wasn't even in the fryer yet. What's annoying is that the staff were just chit chatting and giggling. I would understand if the restaurant was full and busy but there were only a few people eating inside. I have a concerning issue I encountered with my recent online order last night. My order placed at Manghinao Bauan Batangas through mcdelivery app and has been stuck on "preparing" on the order tracker for the past one and a half hours. I attempted to seek assistance by contacting your live agent. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, they were unable to establish contact with the branch responsible for my order. I was very disappointed. I waited for nothing. You failed to deliver my order. Poor branch and managers.
