It was around 8PM, ordered via drive-thru one chicken fillet ala king with french fries and medium coke meal and one cheeseburger ala carte. Paid in cash then noticed that my companion’s order was missing. While it’s good that it was not charged in the bill, staff asked if we would like to reorder and to wait for the McDonalds cup we purchased with the meal. We almost finished eating the food while waiting when staff arrived with the item. Despite the blunder, we enjoyed the hot meal especially the chicken fillet that was moist and crunchy, as well as the crispy french fries.

Came for breakfast today. I'm really surprised that people with college degrees have such a hard time doing such a simple job, such as fast food. I worked in fast food so I know what I'm taking about. They messed up our order three times. They forgot to give utensils and straws. Pancakes were under cooked. Meanwhile the manager who is pregnant looked like she was ready to kill everyone.

Bad customer service sa drivetrue why she's taking may order I can hear she was counting the register and when I reach the 1st window they didn't ever greet me she took my payment and told me.to pickup my food on the next window. On that window the lady crew.did even said anything she just handed my food and look at me!no thank you come again or.say goodbye!! Worst crew members in this branch!¡

Worst. Everytime we order for delivery it is always bad. Fries were so dry, like its been cooked hours ago. Our drnks was like half emlty, they never fail. Burgers were wrapped by a 4 years old. These peoole doesnt put any pride into what they do. They dont care. Will never order here again .
