One bad experience is enough for me not to like you. One evening with a hungry stomach, got deals in mcdo app and all available, order completed and ready to pay cashless because I got not enough cash. And all of a sudden pay pin error something tried other kiosk but no cashless available. Hungry, disappointed, and annoyed. What an evening!!! Tried all Mcdo Naga branches and this is the worst branch for me.
The place is actually serene if its quiet but since it’s a eating place for most students after class that’s fine.
The drive-thru takes forever and preparation, too. Be ready to spend at least 15 minutes there.
Used drive through about 8pm on a Thursday night, took about 10-15 minutes just to order, waited another 5-10 minutes to collect, then 1 item still wasn't ready and waited another 5-10 minutes outside in the car for that. So much for Fast Food! 😩
Used the McDelivery App ang it took more than 1 hour to prepare a spaghetti.
