McDonalds is McDo wherever you go. They've perfected standardizing their food. Differentiation now is in the branch and crew. This McDonald's New Congressional is good in its service and cleanliness. Food is great. Place is cozy and fits just right.
During ECQ: Ordered thru Foodpanda, very disappointed their Quarter Pounder with cheese was very dry with burnt sides, burger patties were thin. The fries was already cold and stale, no quality control whatsoever ☹️ Sept 2023: I ordered thru Grabfood for self pickup. When I got to the store, the cashier didn't give me my order immediately because she was assisting another customer. This branch should put 2 more staff to assist other customers. drive thru is SO insufferably slow. ordered 3 hot fudge sundaes and one of them was half filled. the fries and burger were standard
Once of the worst Mcdo drivetru branch. Service is soso slow. Only 2 cars inline and it take almost 20mins just to get our order.
Bill is only 201.43 at the drive thru but cashier ,Marriane Calbay,as per receipt, asked for 202 Pesos.. what'sthat? Rounding it off so she can pocket the 57 centavos? How many customers has she done that to? It'snot about the amount,it'stelling your customer the real amount of what they bought
