Love the ambience and fast serving of food. But what i really like is the coldness of the restaurant, compare to other branches that looks like they are saving their air-conditioned that sometimes you just wanna take out your food because its a bit hot inside.

I am a loyal McDonald's customer, but my recent experiences at the Nueno Ave. branch have been disappointing. On one occasion, I was served a substandard product that did not meet McDonald’s quality standards. Upon raising this concern with the manager, they acknowledged the issue and explained it was the last mixture available. While they apologized and offered a refund or replacement, I believe such a product should never have been served in the first place. The service here needs a lot of improvement. The crew lacks urgency and seems disengaged from helping the customers. Many people were waiting, yet there was no visible effort to speed things up. It’s frustrating to see the staff moving at a slow pace, with no apparent concern for the long line of customers. A little more enthusiasm and attention to customer satisfaction would make a huge difference.

first things first , the water dispenser is filled with chunks of chicken or somewhat trash. please make it clean and drinkable for the other customers. the dispenser also looks like a trash bin please change it i think why theres a chicken and other stuff mixed in the water is because customers mistook it as a garbage bin.
