Was very fully packed and a bit unsanitary. The staff were a bit slow to clean up the tables. Went here to transact a buy and sell and the guard actually stood near us to make sure the transaction was safe and secure. Kudos to kuya guard for that.

The staff were friendly and accommodating to senior citizens. The serving size of the food is also great and consistent with other branches.

We order past 230am and we've wait for almost an hour to get our order then suddenly crew went to us to inform that 2 of our order is not available, we waste our time waiting for nothing. Then, they replaced my original orders to something that I did not requested. No advise, no heads up or something. Then we check the orders and 1 order is not on the tray so we need to back to cashier and check on our orders I know how hard it is to work in a fastfood chain or being a customer service, but be considerate to your customers. At least give them some option or update.

Correction: Some photos here are not from the Pasig Caruncho Branch itself. This said branch is located near Pasig Palengke and not near Sta. Clara Church in C. Raymundo I don't recommend you to go here at LUNCH TIME UNTIL DINNER. I had the worst experience here in this branch due to these things: -the long lines -long waiting time -hot environment (most of their AC's are broken) -some attitude crew members -unavailable tables, seats, and items -slow service Although the food and drive thru is okay, if you're dining in, I highly do not recommend it!

Worst customer service experience ever. I tried to ask for ketchup for our fries but I waited almost 40 minutes just to have one. I understand how difficult it is to work in a food industry however I noticed that they just staring at me without them asking what I need. (They don’t have much work at that time) they just basically staring at me. Ilove mcdo but this experience is something that I don’t want others to experience as well. Hope this feedback will reach the management.
