We had a very disappointing experience last night. They served us the wrong ordered food only to find out that the item wasn’t available at that time but they said yes during the payment at the counter. Not only that! The food was served cold and their rice? Carenderia type!!! Even the burgers… what happened to your food warmers?! And the crew at the counter didn’t even bother to offer an exchange for the wrong food served. Never again and please avoid this branch!!!! Que horror!

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's Tagapo. My burger was overcooked and the lettuce was all over the place. To top it off, my order was incomplete. I didn't receive the Happy Meal Toy called "Guess Who". I ordered 2 Happy Meals, but I only got 1 Toy - the "Jengga". I called the delivery driver and he told me to call the store to complain. Staff were unreachable over the phone, so I didn't bother to order again. The only thing that was good about my meal were the chicken nuggets. Literally had to come back from home just to pick up our missing order which is a large fries, which the ride on the way costed more then the fries itself(we came back so everyone in the house has a food to eat). The staffs did not even apologize for theyre mistake and the inconvinience it costed us.
