Order incomplete. This is my second time to encounter this scenario. I hope their crew will double check the order because that's their job. So disappointed first no burger and second the french fries how will use the bbq powder flavor and the shake shake fries bag if there is no fries in my order haysss. You pay completely for your meal but the order is incomplete. By the way we order take out so I hope next time the crew will double check it.

McDonald's Puregold Taguig is where you can go for a quick bite. But not too long to be able to talk with someone. The way it's organized is uninviting and almost uncomfortable. Food is good, as expected of McDonald's products. However, service from the staff is mediocre. I once opted to select the "bring the food to my table" option at their kiosk, but the food never came. I still had to get it from their counter. I can condone the unkempt look of the place on my 1st visit. But I started to question, whether it was only because I went to that place that I found the place dirty coincidentally…

Toilet needs cleaning. Air-conditioning needs to be fixed upstairs. Beef burger doesn’t taste like beef. Needs a lot of improvement compare to other branches. Ordered for dine-in but prepared for take-out. Ordered for cheesy fries but provided regular fries.
