Very handy place if you are on a visit to the Manila Zoo. I usually like the option of self ordering terminals as you can choose items at your own pace. However, on this occasion after going to the payment method it didn’t work and the guard rebooted the bank terminal. Then when I went to pay the price had increased, so I ended up ordering at the counter. Busy when we were there on a weekday late afternoon.

One of Staff and cashier level are VERY low. They are not helpful. I said “excuse me” 2 times. But she ignored me. And when she called a cashier, she wasn’t smiling, looks she didn’t want to help me. I felt very bad. I let was today on April 7th at 9pm. I hope some McDonald’s head office staff see this comment.

I just order a while ago via foodpanda ywf0-abo1 and my sprite and extra gravy were missing I tried to contact the rider about it and he says that the staff only handed him the order, didn't double check, kindly please just send the missing item, I paid for it po kasi

Ordering food was to slow. Seems that the cashier was to very inactive. Service: POOR Waiting time for the order was to slow. There not attentive!
