I’ve consistently encountered disappointing experiences at this particular branch. While the food is passable, other branches offer a noticeably better quality. My primary concern, however, lies with the service. Even considering the possibility of visiting during busy hours, the service staff tend to be consistently discourteous. On multiple occasions, I've been treated poorly, and in one instance, a staff member mishandled my order and implied it was my fault. I recently visited this McDonald's branch and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, even during non-peak hours. I had to wait far longer than expected for a simple order, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. Instead of resolving the issue politely, the staff seemed irritated and unhelpful. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was surprising for such a well-known chain. This experience has really lowered my expectations of this location, and I doubt I’ll be returning. Rating: 1/5.

Chicken is too small, rice is too small, you'll probably finish it with 5 bites, the crew ignored me when i asked for 3 cups and a tissue, the other crew didn't even looked at me. Nag renovate lang kayo naging pangit lahat, lumiit ang space saka tables pati pagkain. Really hate the atmosphere and crew, very rude. Not coming back again.
