Food here in Retiro branch is 4 out of 5 times newly cooked so it's hot and always hits the right spot 🤌🏻 but for the service crew (cashier, speed of preparing orders, cleaning crew) is a hit and miss sometimes because there are times that the cashier is masungit, preparation is so slow (even when we're the only customers there since most of the time we eat at a not busy time), and the tables are messy with other customers' tray and plates that they haven't cleaned out yet. Could do some improvements but I'd still come back here again and again nonetheless. Also +++ sometimes it takes soooo…

I’ve been a loyal customer of this McDonald’s branch for a long time, and I have to say, their service has been consistently disappointing. We regularly order from them, but every single time, there’s something missing from our order. They never take accountability for these mistakes, nor do they offer an apology. If there’s an option for No Star at all I will. I just dine here for memories since I grew up going to this place, but it ended up not wanting to ever eat in mcdo in ph ever again.
