I don't know if it's because me and my friends are a teenager / looked young, But the attitude of the staffs specifically this male staff is not it. Ordered the usual. Unoccupied tables are unkempt -- lots of food waste and trash. Male crew in the counter allowed a queue skipper (an adult male, not a PWD). Crews assembling orders are fairly slow which in turn causes a long queue in the serving area. P.S. There are roaches too. Was able to take a picture of one. Boy he is fast.

I am aware of the strawless policy for your beverages. But you should provide an alternative straw( paper straw), so your customers do not have to worry about how to freaking drink there beverage! It does not make any sense to drink mc float or ice coffee without the freaking straw!!!!!
