I was going to dine and waiting for my order.when one of the staff start to call repeatedly i tell him it was my number but i was so diasppointed because of the way he approached about my reciept .so i gave the reciept and it make me feels.he was not believing it was my order.and then i ask him if theres a problem on order and he did not reply back to me even a simple apology and leave me like a ghost on claim counter.i hope the management improves and provide a proper training how to handle costumer service even this was a fast food chain.and im looking forward about this matter for consider…

Not ideal for parties! I booked my son's first birthday party here. The schedule was set for 2 pm, but when we arrived before 2 (since we needed to set up some themed balloons), we were shocked to find that they were still allowing people to eat in the party area at that time. They set up late, so my guests were somewhat bored and asked me why the party hadn't started yet. The crew staff assigned to our event exhibited a rude attitude. I ordered dine in chicken nuggets and take out 1pcs chicken spicy. But they give me take out order for the nuggets, so I asked for plate but the plate doesn't have a space for the gravy. So I asked again for a bowl but they didn't give me any of what I've requested. Like I need to pay 10 pesos for the gravy cup. Haysssss!!
