Upon entering at about half past 4am, each of us four adults thought it was closed. There were no restaurant personnel visible at the counter or in the food prep area that we could see. A security guard was on the floor. My wife ordered from one of the order kiosks and then we waited for our food at a fairly dirty table. The bathroom smelled and needed mopping. Our two associates made no comment on their sausage & egg muffins and juice, but my wife's egg and cheese muffin was cold, as were my chicken a la king and rice. This is a really busy place especially during lunchtime. The air conditioning is totally inadequate for so many customers. The tables are not cleaned quick enough so they are losing business due to tables not being cleared quick enough. This is one of the oldest McDonald's in the Philippines and it reflects it. The only new things in the place are the automated ordering stations. Time to get some renovations done.
