As of AUGUST 31, 2021, MAKATI CITY is still in MECQ. Please be advised to observe social distancing practices, wear your face mask and face shield. There is alcohol dispenser located at the entrance and at the cashier counter. This McDonald's branch is located at the ground floor of the San Lorenzo Place Mall next to Robinsons grocery. It is open only for delivery and take-out. It is clean and the service is top speed. The dining area have been rearranged to accommodate walk-in customers and food delivery riders. Ok, how about you clean up the place? Having just one person in the cash register/order made a long line. All the free tables are full of garbage, and i mean ALL. Nobody on the floor to fix this? Apparently understaffed. Change the person in charge. There is something wrong if you dont see this.

ALWAYS opens their takeout counter, but doesn’t use it. Their staff ALWAYS acts like no one is there, even when they already see you. Slow service. Rude staff. Not recommended.

Worst customer experience for a mcdo branch! Akala siguro ng mga crew dito bobo at walang alam sa proseso ang mga customer nila. They won't let me change an order because the order was already punched. What a reason from this crew? Please make sure to hired and choose an employee that prioritize their customer. I can't imagine mcdo would hire a crew like this! Worst experience that I had so far.
